I need a roomie to share a big house with a fenced yard!

Hi! My name is Rain and I am moving into a 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the first of July; and I need to find a roommate to share it with! It has hardwood floors throughout except carpet in the bedrooms. We would each have a private bath. It has a large living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a large back deck, fenced in back yard and two story storage building in back. It's also in a really nice neighborhood and the landlord will do all the lawn care on the huge yard (whew!) I am single and an art teacher (or will be in august) at a private school. So I will be out of the house from at least 7am-4 or 5 pm. I am clean, laid back and easy to get along with. I have one dog, she is 7 and about 50 pounds. One other dog would be okay. Any other pets would be okay as well except cats (I'm allergic). I don't have crazy parties, but do like to have friends over for dinner, etc. (however, i don't know anyone in charlotte yet:)
